Emma Rosa

Emma Rosa (UPAC Alumna), Cuban New Jersey native, is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher in various styles ranging from heels and hip hop to tap and contemporary as well as a print and commercial model. Most recently, Emma was a featured dancer in pop singer Tayla Parx's international We Need to Talk Tour under the creative direction of acclaimed choreographer Shirlene Quigley. She has also performed with American music artists including Trey Songz, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Todrick Hall, and VH1 Love & Hip Hop's Mariah Lynn as well as Latin artists El Alfa, Sech, Chimbala, and more.

Additionally, Emma is a featured tap dancer in the Public Hotel’s sold-out "Carmen: To Havana and Back" and is a member of Theresa Stone's contemporary fusion company AbstraKT BEINGS, Shirlene Quigley's heels crew Queendom, Maurice Chestnut's tap company Dance Therapy, and Dolores Sanchez's DOLO Project.

Emma has been fortunate enough to work with world-renowned choreographers such as HiHat, Savion Glover, Tweet Boogie, Troy Kirby, Chloe Arnold, Ayodele Casel, and Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards. She has performed in live shows at venues such as Madison Square Garden, Barclays Center, the Prudential Center, and the Apollo Theater.

Presently, she teaches heels at Brickhouse NYC, SassClass, and Peridance Capezio Center as well as leads her own conditioning and technique workshop called Expression Sessions. Emma continues to share her passion for dance with those around her through performance, choreography, and teaching.
